específicos de la preparación física y/o deficiencias de alguna cualidad determinante en la obtención de un objetivo preciso o mejora del rendimiento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algunos de estos objetivos pueden ser:&lt;br /&gt;Fuerza reactiva-explosiva, fuerza funcional, potencia, aceleración, etc. Con el fin de optimizar cambios de dirección, saltos, u otros gestos técnicos específicos de cada deporte o deficiencias físicas específicas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se realizan evaluaciones de rendimiento físico al comenzar y al finalizar para la observación de los resultados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br (Levantamiento Olímpico de Pesas).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Halterofilia o Levantamiento Olímpico de Pesas es un deporte que desarrolla las cualidades de fuerza y potencia muscular.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enseñanza y correción de los ejercicios Derivados del Levantamiento de Pesas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los ejercicios derivados del levantamiento de pesas (DLP) son ejercicios que son sólo una parte de los movimientos competitivos del Levantamiento Olímpico de Pesas, el arranque y el envión.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Son ejercicios muy importantes y muy utilizados hoy en dia en la preparación seria de casi cualquier deportista que quiera mejorar su potencia y capacidad atlética.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A diferencia de los movimientos competitivos se utilizan en mayor medida a partir de la posición que se denomina "colgante" obviando el primer paso del levantamiento, el despegue desde el piso, siendo este la parte mas lenta, y ejecutando la parte mas veloz y potente de los movimientos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;También en su finalización difiere en que los DLP terminan en una posición de semiflexión, y no en una flexión profunda como los movimientos competitivos.
